Eleventh International Workshop on Assistive Computer Vision and Robotics

3 October 2023

Laura Leal-Taixé, NVIDIA and Technical University of Munich (TUM), DE https://dvl.in.tum.de/team/lealtaixe/

Laura is a Senior Research Manager at NVIDIA and an Adjunct Professor at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), leading the Dynamic Vision and Learning group. Laura’s research is very relevant to the workshop. Her research interests are dynamic scene understanding, multiple object tracking and segmentation, as well as machine learning for video analysis.

Diane Larlus, Naver Labs Europe and MIAI Grenoble, FR - https://dlarlus.github.io/

Diane is Researcher at Naver Labs Europe and MIAI Grenoble Diane’s research is very relevant to the workshop. It focuses on getting a semantic understanding of visual scenes and lifelong learning of visual representations. This includes self-supervised learning, continual domain adaptation, and online and incremental learning. She is actively working on instance-level, semantic, and cross-modal visual searches.
