Paper Formatting Instructions

Submitted papers must conform to the ICIP conference’s style, format, and length requirements (see author kit).
Reviewing of workshop papers for ICIP 2026 will be Double-Blind. Authors will need to prepare two versions of the submission: an ANONYMISED (BLIND without author names) version for reviewing, and a PUBLISH-READY (with author names) version with authors and all author details listed as demonstrated in the manuscript template.
Workshop papers must not exceed 5 pages of technical content, with an optional 6th page for references only.

• Paper submission due date: May 13, 2026
• Paper acceptance notification: June 10, 2026
• Camera-ready due date: July 1, 2026
• Author registration due date: July 16, 2026
