Source: Misalignment_.java Installation: Copy Misalignment_.class and Misalignment_$SpinnerChange.class to the plugins folder and restart ImageJ or compile and run java source code. Description: This plugin allows to correct the misalignment of the lines. Each line is shifted horizontally by a selected number of pixels chosen at the discretion of the user. The sfift can be done either to the right than the left.
The dialog box lets you select the value using the sliders of the line and the translation to be made. Is possible to confirm the shift with the "Add" button; delete it with "Cancel" button and delete all shifts with "Delete all" button. In addition to help the user is able to effect a zooming
Finally, if required, a report is generated in the image folder.
