Installation: Download Disallineamento_.java to the plugins folder, or subfolder, go to Plugins/Compile and Run, select Disallineamento_.java from plugins folder or subfolder, then run the plugin using the Plugins/Disallineamento or Plugins/'subfolder'/Disallineamento command.

Description: This plugin performs misalignment filtering of digital images.It's used to correct images extracted from a video showing lines of pixels misaligned

GUI:
range: value that indicates how much to translate the line of pixels

line: value that indicates the pixels line to translate

There are two ways to use the program. The first method allows you to enter values directly in range and line text box or select them using the scrollbar. The second method allows you to define the magnitude of the displacement with the mouse.

Textbox and scrollbar method
It's very simple.Write in the range and line text box the value and press Add Operation; the requested operation will be written in the table below the scrollbar and apply on the picture. You can also select the two value from the scrollbar near the two textbox, and the press Add Operation. If you want to cancel an operation you must select it from the table and then press Delete Operation. You can also select the two values from the scrollbar near the two textbox, and then press Add Operation.

Mouse method
First turn on the mouse listener by pressing Mouse OFF. If the mouse listener is active, the button shows the write Mouse ON. Click and drag the mouse over the image to define the magnitude of the displacement then relase the mouse button. The program automatically calculates the two values and apply them immediately on the picture and then placing the values in the table. If you want to cancel an operation you must select it from the table and then press Delete Operation.

The Report HTML button saves a report of the operations, performed with this plugin, in an html page by including all values in the table. This button is very useful to create a forensics documentation.
