Source:

Fourier_Elaboration_.java fftFrame.java

Installation:

Create a folder named Process in the plugins folder. Compile Fourier_Elaboration_.java with the "Compile and Run" command. It also compile fftFrame.java with. Put the class files generated in the Process folder. Restart ImageJ to add the "Fourier Elaboration" command to the Plugins menu.

Description:

This plugin filter remove the periodic noise and interferences from the frequency domain.

Usage:

Here is a brief description:
1) Select Fourier Elaboration plugin
2) Select frequencies' area to delete
3) click the 'Apply Inverse FFT' button in the Fourier Elaboration Panel to see the result image
