Installation:

Make a directory in the plugins folder, call this directory harris, put Harris.java Supporto.java in the folder and compile them with the "Compile and Run" command. Restart ImageJ to add the "harris" command to the Plugins menu.

Description:

This plugin implements Harris corners detector

Usage:

Here is a brief description:
1) Select the filter.
2) Insert parameters
3) Click on the OK button to apply the filter to the image

The parameters to insert are:
 - the gaussian variance
 - a value threshold
 - a distance threshold
 - number of iteractions
