Abstract

This talk will cover the potentially transformative benefits of AI to society, the global economy and companies. In particular the talk will cover how companies can begin to rethink how they organize and operate to gain the greatest productivity gains. The talk will also address practical ways in which companies are using AI today and where they are finding it hard to make progress. The purpose of the talk will be to provide context for how AI will ultimately be used in the workforce and stimulate discussion around how AI researchers can make AI easier to adopt and more effective in helping people achieve their desired outcomes.
