Source:	Gaussian_Noise.java, Impulse_Noise.java
Installation:	Download Gaussian_Noise.java and Noise_Impulse.java to the plugins folder and compile them with the "Compile and Run" command. Restart ImageJ to add the "Gaussian Noise" and "Impulse Noise" command to the Plugins menu.
Description:	These plugins implement Gaussian and Impulse noise.
Usage:	Here is a brief description: 1) Insert standard deviation for Gaussian Noise or percentage of noise for Impulse Noise; 2) Click on the "Preview" button to view as the image would be if Gaussian or Impluse Noise was added; 3) Click on the "Apply" button to add Gaussian or Impulse Noise to the image; 4) Click on the "Help & Info" to view some information about this plugin.
