Installation:	Download BandControl_.java to the plugins folder and compile it with the "Compile and Run" command. Restart ImageJ to add the "BandControl" command to the Plugins menu.
Description:	This plugin implements bandpass and bandreject filters.
Usage:	Here is a brief description: 1) Select a filter (bandpass or bandreject); 2) Insert the lower and the upper cutoff frequency; 3) Click on the OK button to apply the filter to the image.
