Installation: Download Filter_Gauss.java to the plugins folder and compile it with the "Compile and Run" command.

Description:
This plug-in implements a Guaussian filter with more accuracy than the pre-installed ImageJ filter.

You can set:

- Sigma: The standard deviation of the Gaussian sigma;
- Scaled Units: In this case the sigma value is not in pixels but in units defined by X and Y of the image (only for images with spatial calibration);

You can also choose to generate a report.
