Third Workshop on Assistive Computer Vision and Robotics
Santiago, Chile - 12 December 2015
CALL FOR PAPERS
PRESENTATION

Poster presentations:

  • The poster boards will be 90cm wide by 230cm high, hence you will be able to accommodate a poster of size A0 in portrait mode.
  • Please note that the poster boards provided for the workshops are smaller than the ones provided for the main conference as stated here. Therefore it will not be possible to accomodate A0-sized posters in landscape mode.

Oral presentations:

  • Oral presenters should be present at the podium at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and should introduce themselves to the session chairs as soon as they arrive. You can check your session here.
  • Oral talks are given 13 minutes plus 2 minutes for questions. This includes time for switching between speakers and the introduction. You will be asked to leave the podium once your time is up. Please make sure you do not exceed the given time limit.
  • Each oral presenter will also present their work as a poster. Please check the program for the time of your poster session. This is a good opportunity to expose the work further and get extra feedback from the attendees.

SUBMISSION AND REVISION

All submissions will be handled electronically via the conference’s CMT Website: https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/ACVR2015.

Please use the following submission instructions and double-blind-submission review-formatted templates to prepare your submission:
